Since I live in Italy, most of my experience has been teaching here to small groups, as well as one-to-one classes at home. I have taught young learners, teenagers and adults. I am adept at creating personalised lesson plans, and outlining target goals and desired achievements. I have also supported young learners in their preparation for exams, with speaking simulations and utilising written practice tests.

My style of teaching is as a facilitator who encourages self-learning. I like to encourage my students to question rather than simply have the answer given to them.

Classes can include debates, free writing, role plays, jigsaw reading, listening, and skimming and scanning activities. For students preparing for exams, I can act as the interlocutor to offer you simulation test practice.

Before I became a teacher, I worked in London as a Personal Assistant to advocates, surveyors, banks and trusts, as a group secretary and personal assistant, and as an all-around communicator.
